摘要(中) 本研究利用實驗設計之方法,來瞭解派遣員工對其工作內容之決策模式,以增加企業使用派遣勞工之成本效益。另外,也希望瞭解此項新興勞動力對於企業整體生產力及營運如何提供其效果,特別是針對派遣員工對其工作內容之安排與工作動機之間的關係,如何影響派遣員工之工作滿意情形,以探討企業如何從此項新興勞動力獲得其希望之正面效益。此外,特別值得一提的是在本研究中也將使用不完全方格設計之決策捕捉(incomplete block designed policy capturing method)之研究設計,以實驗設計(experimental design)之方式讓我們更能瞭解派遣員工對工作安排的真正喜好。
此次研究之樣本為台灣地區數家派遣公司所屬之派遣員工,研究結果發現道派遣員工之工作動機對於工作滿意的影響會受到工作特性之干擾作用。其中包括在技能多樣性、工作完整性、工作自主性、工作重要性以及工作回饋性高的工作內容時,內在動機較強的派遣人員會表現出較高之工作滿意。
