摘要(中) 本研究採取探索性研究方法探討醫院資訊系統應用(Hospital Information Systems(HIS)-in-Practice)之實踐歷程(The Enactment of HIS-in-Practice)。 (Ongoing, situated use of HIS)之關係。
摘要(英) This exploratory research investigates the Enactment of Hospital Information Systems(HIS)-in-Practice. Through focusing on actual usage of information systems, this study explores some social consequences about how to define HIS-in-Practice by organization, to implement and use in order to distinguish the relationship between HIS-in-Practice and ongoing, situated use of HIS.
This study analyses the actual usage of information systems in long term or continue-used by organization members. Through the process of learning and introspection, organization members gradually extend their understanding and accomplishments of information systems and weaken characteristics of creating new technology in information systems, well-controlled the actual function of information systems, therefore; in the Enactment of HIS-in-Practice, in terms of organization strategy to adjust the rules and orientations of information systems to reverse the system design, develop and implementation of technology-orientated to organization-orientated.
This study argues six research propositions in order to explain the Enactment of HIS-in-Practice is the enactment according to the strategy of organization, re-identify rules of information systems as well. Due to the long-term use of systems, the application of information systems could increase not only the efficiency of organizational routine but gradually become an important means and tool of management system limit profession.
