摘要(中) 本研究以高科技產業之研發工程師、行銷企畫專員、以及專案經理之公司員工或幹部個體為研究對象,進行個案訪談以及實證研究,有效問卷回卷率為22.07 %。以統計分析方法之ANOVA、SCHEFFE TEST檢定假設。研究結果顯示時間壓力與個人創新傾向為正向關係。人格特質越傾向於A型者,其時間壓力的感受程度明顯高於B型人格特質者。B型人格特質者在高度時間壓力下,其個人創新傾向顯著高於中度、低度時間壓力;而A型人格特質者在高度、中度、低度時間壓力下,並無顯著的差異存在。在高度時間壓力下,組織採取高度正式化的流程、高度團隊合作、高度跨部門合作,其個人創新傾向會不如預期。
時間壓力並無好、壞之分,雖然我們常討論它的負面效果,但它也有正面價值。在潛在利益的情況下,時間壓力也代表一種機會。正如本研究結果顯示時間壓力與個人創新傾向兩者為正向關係所示。
