摘要(中) 近年來企業界有許多探討有關組織公民行為的文獻,不過鮮少以學校組織為研究對象,本文針對學校教師的工作態度與行為進行研究,試圖從中找出教師願意盡職與利他貢獻的因素,讓學校管理階層能掌握這些因素以提昇學校整體效能。本研究以僱用身分與人格特質為干擾因子,檢測其對教師心理契約實現與組織公民行為之關係是否有影響,研究對象為八所公私立高職教師,以發放問卷及上網填寫問卷二種方式進行,三所學校發放66份問卷,回收60份,其中有效樣本為56份,有效回收率為93.3%,加上五所學校上網填寫的99份有效問卷,有效問卷合計為157份,利用階層迴歸分析方法得到以下結果:
1. 教師僱用身分對心理契約實現的認知沒有顯著影響。
2. 教師僱用身分對組織公民行為沒有顯著影響。
3. 教師僱用身分與心理契約實現的交互作用對組織公民行為沒有顯著影響。
4. 教師人格特質對心理契約實現的認知有顯著影響。
5. 教師人格特質對組織公民行為有顯著影響。
6. 教師人格特質與心理契約實現的交互作用對組織公民行為有顯著影響。
