摘要(中) 由於環境變動越來越迅速,而企業為因應環境的改變以及激烈的競爭,供應鏈成員應更緊密地結合,因為競爭型態也經漸漸地由企業與企業間的競爭轉變為供應鏈與供應鏈間的競爭。因此,如何在最適當的時間將產品配送給顧客,以達到產銷協同,便是本文之核心構想。
過去學者在探討相關議題時,有些著重在單一構面的討論、有些則試著尋求局部最佳解、而有些學者的解法太過於理論化,因此本研究試著利用演算法,並搭配Rule-based的方法,以求能夠提供決策者在最短的時間,以最具成本效益的方式制訂生產以及配送計畫。
本研究包括多期、多個生產基地、多個配銷中心以及多位顧客,期望能在符合顧客需求下,將產品運送給顧客。另外,本文只探討產銷問題,將不考慮供應商的原料供應,將其視為供應無虞之已知資訊。
