摘要(中) 目前專案管理方法已經普遍的被使用在很多組織的活動裡,在一個公司裡通常有許多有潛力被執行的專案,然而公司基於物理和財務的限制,只能執行部份的專案,因此必須選擇出最適當的專案組合來執行.
多重專案相關性和排程是專案選擇過程中常發生的兩個問題特徵.如果沒有把它們考慮在專案選擇過程中將可能造成不佳或是不合理的專案組合.到目前為止似乎還沒有研究把這兩個問題同時同時考慮在專案選擇的過程中.因此發展一個同時考慮專案相關性和排程專案組合的模式是需要的.
在本篇論文中,我們提出了一個利用整數目標規劃球最佳解的專案選擇方法.這提議模式的主要貢獻是同時考慮三種專案相關性和排程專案組合在專案選擇的過程.
摘要(英) Abstract:
Presently, project management approaches are generally used in many organizations for activities. There are usually more potential projects to be carried out than can be undertaken within the physical and financial constraints of a firm, so choices must be made in making up a suitable project portfolio.
Project interdependences and scheduling are two important problem characteristics that usually happen in the process of project selection. It will result in poor or infeasible portfolio if these problem characteristics aren’t considered in the process of selection decision. Until now, it seems no prior research has simultaneously considered these problem characteristics in the process of project selection. Therefore, developing a model that simultaneously consider project interdependences, and scheduling selected projects in the process of project selection is needed.
In this paper, we proposed a project selection method which using linear zero-one integer goal programming (ZOGP) model to find an optimal solution. The main contribution of the proposed model is simultaneously considering three project interdependences and scheduling portfolio in the selection process.
