||In this thesis, the primary experiment material is AA6061 (Al-1.06Mg-0.52Si), probing different homogenizated parameter, as to that the effect of shaping and mechanical strength by 6061 aluminium alloy extrusion tube fittings process into the bicycle hand bar to reach high strength ,steady quality, and market competitive products.|
The experiment is divided into four parts, the first part is to process billet in different homogenizated treatment and cooling ways, then we use the Optics Microscope (OM ) to observate and analyse with Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC ); the second part is cooling by different ways after extrusion, we use OM and DSC to analyse ;the third part is the industrial manufacture process with regular back segment, including the saponification of surface is dealt with, different thickness tube of precisely smoke, shrinking tube, bending tube, solid solution, T6 artificial aging. Finally, doing side direction bending test and hardness value amount to compare with the result, and getting the best shaping quality and mechanical strength.
Learning by the experimental result, 6061 aluminium alloy passes the homogenization of 480x10H-FC, driver make shaping of pre-heating after the 450℃extrusion is worst. Driver make shaping would occur phenomenon of breaking when smoke precisely. Through the homogenization of 520℃x3H and 550℃ x2H, they all have good shaping, among them, 520℃x3H and 550℃x2H are the best treatment to quench water result after the extrusion.
The mechanical strength is by the homogenization of 550℃x2H-WQ. It is the best that the extrusion quenches water. The driver of 6061 aluminum alloy does back shaping T6 heat treatment, when it is tested that the side is curved. At least , the value of hardness of deformation amount is examined highest.
