摘要(中) 溝通在組織之中佔有舉足輕重的地位,良好的溝通有賴於使用適當的溝通媒介,然而,除了要達成溝通的目的外,提高溝通滿足也是一個很重要的課題,過去的研究大都是探討外在的差異對於溝通滿足的影響,極少人探討人格特質上的差異對於溝通滿足的影響,因此,本研究欲探討人格特質上的差異是否會對於溝通滿足造成影響?而此關係在不同的溝通媒介下是否會有所不同?
本研究選取五大人格特質做為人格特質變數,探討五大人格特質對於溝通滿足的影響,並以社會展現度和溝通效能來衡量溝通媒介,探討五大人格特質對於溝通媒介的社會展現度和溝通效能之影響,最後,探討溝通媒介的社會展現度和溝通效能對於使用溝通媒介所得到的溝通滿足之影響。
本研究以白領階級員工為研究對象,以問卷填寫的方式,共回收362份問卷,其中有效問卷共計335份,而本研究以結構方程模式分析,得到的研究結果為個人的人格特質對於其溝通滿足程度是有影響的,並且此影響會隨著使用的溝通媒介而有所差異。
