摘要(中) 由於全球化的趨勢,產業環境迅速變化,產品生命縮短,企業需能快速地調整其資源,以回應市場需求。在此環境下,組織是否能迅速而有效地學習,以維持其競爭優勢,成為組織生存關鍵要素之一。
過去在行銷領域與組織學習相關的研究,認為市場導向與學習導向有助於組織學習。其中,市場導向為組織由外界環境中學習的傾向,而學習導向則是組織內部學習的力量。然而,過去的研究多探討市場導向及學習導向對於組織績效的直接影響,或是對於創新的直接影響。本研究納入吸收能力,視其為組織特性影響組織績效的中介變數。此外,本研究中,亦納入資訊科技對知識管理的支援,探討其是否能調節組織特性影響吸收能力的關係。
本研究以2002年天下1000大作為實徵研究對象,以郵寄問卷的方式收集資料,有效的分析樣本共129筆。本研究以複迴歸為統計檢定方法,研究結果顯示:
(1) 學習導向與市場導向對吸收能力有正向的影響。
(2) 吸收能力對於組織效能有直接影響效果,並且扮演學習導向與市場導向影響組織效能的中介變數。
(3) 資訊科技對知識管理的支援能調節學習導向影響吸收能力的關係。
(4) 知識調節市場導向影響吸收能力的關係未能獲得知識。
由以上實徵結果,本研究認為組織應注重培養市場導向及學習導向等組織特性,以提升組織吸收知識的能力,進而維持組織競爭力。
