摘要(中) 隨著科技的日新月異,電腦的運算速度提升,使得電腦不僅為生活中重要的幫手,更是工廠線上不可或缺的主角,工業上的機械視覺應用廣泛,視覺檢測、影像追蹤、精密訂位…等,皆可以透過電腦幫忙完成。而狹縫式塗佈更是目前TFT-LCD製程上的重要關鍵製程,其高效率與低消耗的特性促使目前面板業界皆採用這種形式的塗佈,來達到更佳塗佈與節省成本之功用。
本論文主要是以Visual C++為基礎,解決寬玻璃基板在狹縫式塗佈上的製程問題,因而建立一套可調變流率的系統,整個系統分為兩個部份,第一部分為因應塗佈上一些狀況所設計研發的機構:雙針頭供料系統,可以連續自行調節期流率、流量,任意時間點的供料起始與停止;第二部份為透過影像處理技術來監測塗佈頭與玻璃基板間的間距,經由電腦運算回授給馬達控制端,達到即時的流率控制,使塗佈液出口不產生破損與缺陷,並能產生寬且一致的塗佈。
摘要(英) With the change of science and technology, the level of our computer is getting higher, it make computer not only beneficial for our life, but also be an essential role in nowadays industry. The industrial mechanical vision is used much extensively, such as visional inspection, image tracking, accurate orientation…etc. These all can be processed by computer. Slit coating is an important segment during the TFT-LCD production, its high efficiency and low consumption impel all of LCD-Panel industry to adopt the way of coating to achieve best coating and cost down.
This thesis is based on Visual C++, to solve the problem of slit coating on the wide glass. An adjustable system which included two parts was designed. In first part mechanism was designed for conditions of coatings. This mechanism could tune its flow and flow rate continuously. It could start or stop supplying in any time. Second part was monitoring the gap between the coating die and the glass of boron silicate by image processing co-operating with a supply system. The system can produce a feedback signal to the controller of the motor after processed by the computer. The target is to reach the on-line control of flow rate and to make liquid uniformly flow through the outlet.
