摘要(中) 本研究論文主要是利用實例探討的方式,利用企業建模的方式來探討供應鏈在企業間協同作業的模式。供應鏈的協同作業在實例中,主要是透過供應鏈管理來探討新產品研發協同流程、訂單的需求協同預測、訂單履行的協同管理流程以及電子採購等,在企業間扮演的角色,讓這些流程以企業建模的方式,使流程最佳化來提升企業本身的績效。
論文的研究主要包含六個章節:第一章、是在說明整個研究的目的與動機、以及整個研究論文的組織。第二章是針對所要研究的主題做文獻上的探討。第三章則是對整體論文的研究架構及研究方法加以說明。第四章則是對所提的研究方法,以理論的方式對供應鏈的協同作業流程加以闡述。第五章則是以實例的方式,來驗證所提出來的理論。最後則是對本研究做最後結論及提出相關的建議做為下次研究的方向。
摘要(英) This paper presents a cast study with the business process modeling, which explore the supply chain collaboration. The supply chain collaboration practices related to new product design, order forecast, order fulfillment process management, electronic procurement have been shown to be important to supply chain performance, that will be presented by process modeling to discuss how to collaborate among all the business processes. In our research, we illustrate Z Company to discuss this issues implemented by actual practice. This focus include the new product design to involve suppliers, collaborative order forecast to reduce the uncertainty, order fulfillment process management and electronic procurement in order to fulfill the customers’ order.
Our research content include, the introduction and Chapter 2 provide overviews of collaborative supply chain and relate to literature review. Chapters 3 introduce the research structure and modeling and application tools. Chapter 4 discuss that (1) the new product design was described by IDEF0 and UML (2) collaborative demand forecast and order fulfillment process were shown by IDEF0, UML and ARIS tools (3) electronic procurement was presented by UML. In the chapter 5: apply the domain research into case study. The final chapter makes the conclusion and recommendation.
