摘要(中) 在未來,無線網路是個可見的趨勢,成長也相當快速,使用消費者會使用他們的個人行動無線裝置設備存取網與購物,因此,個人電腦、數位電視、個人數位助理、行動電話與其他行動無線裝置設備將有電子付款的功能,這是未來付款系統的趨勢。在行動電話方面,每個人的手上都擁有行動電話情況之下,行動電話將會成為付款的工具,行動電話將取代現金與卡片類型的付款工具。
現今世界上的行動付款市場狀態處於複雜、多變與不確定性的,也未有一個統一的標準,但在行動電話的技術與裝置上已經統一標準化,如何使用行動電話來當成行動付款的裝置,進而形成統一標準的行動付款形式,將是現今學術界與產業界研究的方向。
本研究以行動電話型式為研究主題,研究發展出儲值卡帳戶式的行動電話型式行動付款與信用卡與電信帳單式的行動電話型式行動付款方案,儲值卡與信用卡付款型式產業的廠商,在導入行動電話型式的行動付款時遇到經濟面、技術面與社會面的障礙缺口。
摘要(英) The future sees the trend and the rapid growth of wireless network and users will link to network and shop by their mobile wireless devices. Therefore, e-payment function will be embedded in personal computers, digital TVs, personal digital assistants, mobile phones, and other mobile wireless devices, which is the trend of future payment system. As for mobile phones, they will become the tool of payment as the substitute of cash and card-based payment while everyone has one in their hands.
Nowadays, the mobile payment market is complicated, various as well as uncertain, and there is no common standard yet, however, the technology and the hardware of mobile phones have been standardized. Therefore, it is the direction of academic and industrial research to use mobile phones as m-payment devices and gradually shape a common standard of m-payment.
This research took the mobile phone-based payment as the topic and developed the account-type mobile phone-based m-payment plan with the store card, and the bill-type plans with the credit card bill as well as with the mobile phone bill. Companies offering the plans of the store card type and the credit card bill type were confronted with economic, technological, and social gap while they implemented the mobile phone-based m-payment.
