摘要(中) 開發新的替代能源為各國家努力投資的方向,其中直接使用太陽能來發電為目前最為可能的替代能源之一。染料敏化太陽能電池(DSSC)為太陽能電池中近幾年來被廣為研究探討的課題,原因在它的製備成本在所有太陽能電池為最低的。染料敏化太陽能電池(DSSC)的主要光電轉換核心為染料,其中目前使得光電轉換效率最好最穩定的染料為N3、N719及Black dye,其轉換效率約10%。
  本篇論文為開發新穎的染料,我們設計的金屬錯合物中含有carbene與金屬的錯合,期望在此新型的有機金屬結構能有更好的光電轉換效率及穩定度。
摘要(英) Increasing energy demands and concerns over global warming have led to a greater focus on renewable energy sources in recent years. The conversion of solar energy is likely to play a key role as one of the technologies in the generation of mass energy. However, the current high cost of solar panels made from traditional inorganic semiconductors imposes a restriction on their mass usage.
Alternative cheaper solar energy technologies are therefore under intensive study and in this context dye-sensitized solar cells have emerged as an important class of photovoltaic device to obtain robust, efficient and cheap devices that are suitable for practical use.
Dyes play an important role in dye-sensitized solar cells. N3, N719 and Black dyes are the best known stable dyes having more than 10 % power conversion efficiency.
The purpose of this project is to develop novel dye component for DSSC. N-heterocyclic carbene based ruthenium complex was designed in order to obtain high thermostability and high conversion efficiency than the known dyes.
