摘要(中) 現今企業最需要的人才不僅是擁有高度技術能力,還需要強健心理狀態、能適應高度壓力的員工,而資訊人員所面對的壓力更高於其他產業,如何讓資訊人員同時在工作與生活上獲得滿足成為重要的議題。本研究以心理資本 (Psychological Capital)的角度了解是否擁有自信心、希望、樂觀以及韌性的資訊人員較容易成功,同時在工作與生活上也有較高的滿足。
研究結果顯示,資訊軟體產業創業家在各項心理資本上均較資訊高階經理人與一般從業人員為高,顯示擁有心理資本是資訊人員成功的一項因素。同時,研究結果也發現心理資本的與工作及生活滿意呈現正相關性,擁有較多心理資本的資訊人員,在工作與生活上的滿足也越高。
研究貢獻方面,本研究所之結果可作為教育機構、管理者之參考:組織中應該強化人員心理資本的培養使員工除了專業能力外,也能有強健的心理素質面對競爭的環境。
摘要(英) Enterprises nowaday need employees who have not only technical abilities, but strong mentality and abilities to adapt themselves to high level of pressure, and information-relared workers are facing more pressure of worker in other industries do. It’s an important issue that how to make imformation-related workers have work and life satisfaction. This thesis use the angle of psychological capital to understand whether the one who has confidence, hope, optimism, and resilience would success easier and has more work and life satisfaction.
The result announces that in every demission of psychological capial, sottware industry entrepreneurs are higher than information executive managers and common information-related employees. It appears that having psychological capital is a factor of success of information-related workers, and the result also discover psychological capital has positive relations with work and life satisfaction, that is, the one who has more psychological capital will more satisfy with his or her work and life.
About the contributions of this thesis, the result can be consultations of education institutions and managers: organization should strengthen psychological capital of emplyees and make them beside professionalism, they can face competitive environment with stronger mentality.
