隨著數位時代的來臨以及寬頻環境加速普及化,越來越改變我們的生活型態。數位時代的來臨使得資料從實體漸漸的走向數位化,讓我們更容易取得、傳遞、分享音樂、文字、影片、照片…等。寬頻網路的普及,更加速了數位化資料的傳遞與分享。並且網路還為我們帶來了更多的即時資訊,像是天氣、新聞。但是我們只能透過電腦來獲取這些資訊,電腦因為功能強大相對的操作性也複雜,而有了Desktop Widget的出現。
我們希望把Widget的概念拉入現實生活中,實做一個裝置它可以像Widget一樣提供各類資訊,而且操作簡單。它可以提供天氣、股市、或是任何人們想要獲取的即時資訊,並且可以從GoogleMap獲取居家周邊的商店息,像是拍賣活動、拍賣時間、美食評價…,而且又是一個可以錄音的留言裝置,甚至可以透過SIP由遠端來聽取留言,同時平常又是一個可以像是數位相框一樣有著美觀的圖片裝飾品。
本論文提出Home Widget的概念並實做再嵌入式系統上。目前建構出體層的軟體平台,在此平台上可以獲取即時天氣資訊、查詢商家地圖和資訊、留言板以及欣賞照片和音樂,後續會進一步的整合更多widget功能,以家中的資訊提供平台為目標。 |

The broad-band environment speeds up data processing. We now can share and transfer the latest information easier and faster from anywhere in the world. We now can not only get news in TV news, but anytime, everywhere. However, most of us are bothered by the trivial and complex commands. For example, if we want to know the information about today’s weather, we have to click several icons, surf different entrance only to get one piece of the weather today. Therefore, desktop widgets are created.
We hope desktop widget can be realized in our life, thus presenting a concept of “Home Widget,” which proving us an easier manipulating interface and more diverse information.
This paper proposed the concept of Home Widget and implement on embedded system. Construction of a layer of the current software platform. This platform can get instant weather information, maps and information for businessmen, message boards and view photos and music. |
