摘要(中) 現今的資訊科技特別是網際網路以及一些應用都已經高度化的發展,也為各個行業帶來許多的效益。但是對於營建業來說,資訊科技的投資程度跟別的行業來相比還是比較不足。本研究透過過去的研究以及一些學術性的論文,探討資訊科技在營建業的應用,整理出網際網路以及網路為基礎的專案管理系統是目前專案溝通困境的最佳解決方案。
對於中小型營建企業而言,龐大的資訊系統投資是一個很大的難題。所以本研究實作出一個網路為基礎的專案管理系統。這個系統包含大部分使用者所需要的核心功能,提供使用者彈性、高效率和親切的操作,進而提升專案溝通的效率,同時也可以減少工作的修訂以及重排。另外,系統不包含一些可以使用商用式免費的應用軟體來代替的功能(例如:電子郵件、MSN、Skype、或進度管理等)
最後,將專案管理系統與一些典型的專案管理應用服務供應商提供的系統做比較以檢驗系統的功能是否滿足使用者的需求,系統基本上是完全符合營建專案管理的環境,而且它特別合適營建中小型企業的特點與要求,不管是在財務或者是溝通的環境方面。
摘要(英) Nowadays, Information Technology (IT), especially Internet and IT applications have dramatically developed, that has provided a lot of benefits for many industries. On the other hand, to compare with other industries, the IT investment in construction filed has been modest, slow, and fragmented. This study provides an overall circumstance of IT using in construction industry from previous studies and academic materials. Internet and Web-based project management system (WPMS) which have been introduced as a solution for the project communication dilemma in recently is the target of this study.
For the purpose of overcoming the high investment barrier in small-sized and middle-sized Architect/Engineering/Construction (AEC) firms, a WPMS system was designed. The designed WPMS system includes almost core features which can provide user a flexible, efficiently, and friendly operation. The WPMS system helps project managers to improve projects‟ communication efficiency; meanwhile, task reworking and rescheduling are diminished. Furthermore, the rest features which do not consist in the designed WPMS can be enhanced by commercial office tools or some other web free applications (email, chatting, Skype, schedule management, etc.).
Finally, a comparison between the designed WPMS and some prototype Project Management-Application Service Providers (PM-ASPs) is conducted to assure that the designed WPMS can properly fulfill user‟s requirements with its functions. After the comparison, the WPMS superior was demonstrated in the construction project management environment. The WPMS is the most suitable solution for companies which have strained financial resource, especially for middle-sized or small-sized AEC firms, but most of company communication demands were satisfied.
