摘要(中) 近年來,蒙古的經濟在全球化和資訊科技的進步下,相較於過去變化更為加遽。從1990年起,當共產主義崩解與民主的誕生,使得整個國家改變了過去既有的形態。由於新興的市場環境,發生了各種危機。銀行業形成自有的規章和政策,對大眾來說就如同是一種獨特性。銀行業注意到市場的變化,並改善與處理由於蕭條、通貨膨脹和經濟危機所帶來的困境。然而,隨著蒙古的銀行業的成長和改善,仍然缺乏了基本的多樣文化和適應全球經濟變動的能力。此外,由於廣闊的土地和稀少的人口,在蒙古的資訊科技基礎建設和維護成本更高於其他國家。儘管有這些困難,蒙古的銀行業仍努力地去促進本國自身的資訊科技導入,以致於能在人口的通訊上達到更好的成本節省模式以及加強信賴度。
本研究透過比較蒙古的銀行業和其他國家的績效做探討,透過瞭解其他國家銀行業的績效,以及一些可實行的重要指標,並且能夠讓蒙古的銀行業和政權對於目前市場的情況有煥然一新的觀點。另外,也對於在不同國家中不同的資訊科技應用的導入做一個深入探討,歸納出蒙古國內一個資訊應用導入之最佳建議。研究結果顯示,蒙古的銀行業在持續快速的成長中,且和其他產業比起來(例如:缺乏IT發展的銅業),銀行業受到經濟困難的衝擊較小。在蒙古的資訊科技已老舊過時,尚有很大的改善空間,且必須面對的是日漸龐大的資料量處理和儲存。此外,對於導入資訊科技到偏遠地區人口是很困難的,這些顧客對於資訊科技使用的認知上比較缺乏。並且在偏遠地區做資訊科技的導入需要特殊的策略管理讓資訊科技完善的使用。
摘要(英) This study aims to examine the performance of banking sector of Mongolia by comparing it with other countries so as to learn a lesson on countries banking performance and critical factors to be able to implement and enable the Mongolian banking sector and the authorities to have a fresh perspective on the current situation in the market. Also to study the various implementation of Information Technology application in different countries to learn a lesson and to suggest the best bit IT application implementation. The results show the banking sector in Mongolia is growing rapidly and is also less affected by economic difficulties as much as the other sectors in the country such as copper without considering the IT development. The information technology in Mongolia is obsolete yet has rooms to improve and is facing difficulties with current increased number of data store and processing. Moreover, it is difficult to implement information technology to outreach to the rural area population due to the low level of literacy in use of information technology among the rural area customers, and the implementation of information technology in rural area requires special strategic management to make information technology available.
