摘要(中) 面對全球化競爭,產品平台在開發多樣化產品上,扮演著不可或缺的角色。儘管此新方法能協助製造商更有效地鎖定目標市場,關於產品平台生命週期的資訊與各種專業知識仍必須分享整合在執行產品族開發專案的過程中。此外近年來隨著企業間協同合作,跨地域與跨組織的策略聯盟共同進行產品開發已儼然成為一種趨勢。
在分散式運算環境下,產品開發可視為密切合作溝通的知識分享流程,本研究目的在提出一個服務導向的產品平台開發資訊系統協助專案經理控管產品平台開發專案,並協同產品設計團隊完成產品平台生命週期各階段須面對的任務。此資訊系統採用物件導向方法與服務導向架構,針對產品平台開發情境,以物件導向方法分析系統模型,應用服務導向架構為資訊系統架構。最後以電子閱讀器產品為案例,展示此資訊系統操作情境。
摘要(英) To compete in the global market, product platform development (PPD) plays a crucial role in developing multiple products. While this new approach benefits the manufacturer to target broader market more efficiently, a great amount of information and variety of expertise regarding the lifecycle of the product platform need to be shared and integrated along the PPD project implementation. In addition, as an emerging trend, PPD is often demands collaboration across business partners that are distributed geographically and organizationally.
Considering PPD as a knowledge sharing process with intensive cooperative communication in a distributed computing environment, this study proposes an information system to facilitate the project manager to control the PPD project and the design team to perform various tasks regarding the product platform’s lifecycle. To develop the information system, object-oriented methodology (OOM) and service-oriented architecture (SOA) are adopted and integrated in an analytical framework. Focusing on the PPD scenarios, OOM is to identify and classify businesses objects, and SOA is to prototype the information system. A case on electronic reading device development will be depicted to demonstrate proposed information system.
