摘要(中) 全球暖化, 能源危機, 環境污染日益嚴重...身為地球村的一份子, 在追求利潤績效之外.企業應當擔負起維護地球的社會責任, 平衡經濟的,社會的與環境的績效表現.
然而,在台灣仍有許多大大小小企業無視於日益惡劣的生活環境, 不斷的排放廢棄物, 我們不禁要問是否這些企業利慾薰心而明知故犯?或是他們尚未了解企業社會責任的重要與內涵?
因此希望透過積極正面的文獻探討, 陳述企業社會責任對企業績效的相關性;並透過訪談,了解企業對社會責任的認知與做法, 對政府當局, 企業與個人提出建議, 以期能協助推廣企業社會責任,一起愛護我們美麗的地球.
摘要(英) The impact of all kinds of environmental problems and energy crisis alarms the world. As a citizen of the global village, any corporation in Taiwan has the duty to take its own social responsibility to help mitigating the environmental and societal problems while striving for the financial performance.
Through literature review, we realize that CSR can be a driver positively related to financial performance. However, there are still concerns that prevent most Taiwanese entrepreneurs and managers from initiating CSR activities. Therefore, there are three main objectives in this research. First, we try to find out what are their concerns and recognitions in CSR. Second, to testify what are the advantages or disadvantages in implementing CSR strategy. Finally, we hope to propose practical policies and directions as solutions for promoting and implementing CSR initiatives.
We hope that with more positive and persuasive literature, CSR will be the basic and core values among all industries in Taiwan in the near future.
