摘要(中) e-Portfolio近年來已經成為數位化學習的熱門主題,並廣泛的在各大專院校推廣。但e-Portfolio卻常常受限於系統資訊的匱乏以及與相關資源配合不足的問題,以致於系統的滿意度與系統使用普遍低落,為了解決這個問題,在本論文中,Wikipedia Knowledge recommendation System被提出,WKRS,他是一套用來辨識與註記學生學習歷程檔中的維基百科知識並且推薦與學生相關的維基百科知識的系統。參與實驗者有100位學生,研究結果顯示,在e-Portfolio平台中加入WKRS能夠提高系統的滿意度,此外,WKRS系統具有適應性的特質,在持續的使用WKRS,使用者皆能感到系統能提供更精確的知識/資訊品質。
摘要(英) This paper presents a Wikipedia Knowledge Recommendation System (WKRS), and investigating its influence on learners’ satisfaction of using e-Portfolio. WKRS is able to identify and annotate Wikipedia knowledge on learner’s portfolio and recommend the knowledge which is related to learners defined on Wikipedia. System quality, knowledge or information quality, system use, and learners’ satisfaction of e-Portfolio platform were investigated after applying WKRS. The samples of this study are 100 students. Experimental results showed that e-Portfolio using plug-in WKRS could enhance the learners’ satisfaction, and the use of e-Portfolio system. In addition, according to the characteristics of adaptability of WKRS, most of the participants perceived that the e-Portfolio system can provide more accurate and higher knowledge or information quality.
