摘要(中) 近年來CSCW(Computer Supported Collaborative Work)的研究發現,使用水平式大尺寸多點觸控設備有助於多人合作的團隊向心力與合作流暢性,並能維持工作空間知悉性。由於傳統個人電腦使用間接指向設備與其搭配的互動機制「拖與放」(drag-and-drop)來進行搬移、複製檔案資源。但在大尺寸觸控設備上,「拖與放」產生一個問題:使用者會因為手臂長度有限使得可探訪(access)的桌面範圍產生限制。因此許多學者投入改進在大尺寸觸控螢幕上「拖與放」的互動機制。例如:「拖與彈出」(drag-and-pop),但現存的互動機制是為單人操作所設計,並未考量多人合作互動之情境,例如:不經允許便將資源拉至對方個人工作空間的問題。因此本研究設計一個多人多點觸控平台,並提出一套「拖與回應多人合作互動機制」或稱「拖與回應」(drag-and-response),本研究「拖與回應」應用於多人合作活動時,對於多人合作互動之影響為主題,並專注在互動機制設計的細節上,探討一種新的互動機制之可能性,並給予研究者未來在設計多人互動機制上建議。
  本研究之實驗以大學生為研究對象,一共進行兩次實驗,每次實驗以三種不同互動機制「拖與放」、「拖與彈出」和「拖與回應」進行比較。以問卷調查方式與系統數據進行統計分析。在第一次實驗結果發現不同的互動機制影響「完成多人合作活動的花費時間」以及「操作流暢性」上有顯著性差異,並且「拖與回應」的互動機制在資源交換的效率上顯著優於「拖與放」的互動機制。第二次實驗中,本研究改進「拖與回應」互動機制在資源收集功能上的操作方式,結果顯示系統在等待處理的資源畫面呈現上,「佇列」方式呈現比「分類」的方式來的有效。在使用者的科技接受度上,學生覺得「拖與回應」的互動機制能有效促進小組合作互動,並且可提升學習者本身在工作空間上的知悉性。因此,本研究整體而言「拖與回應」有助於多人合作互動。
摘要(英) Recently, CSCW (Computer Supported Collaborative Work) studies found that collaboration around horizontal large interactive displays is better than vertical. Drag-and-drop is a well-known interaction mechanism for PC to transfer or copy information using an indirect pointing device e.g., mouse and keyboard. But in large displays, accessing icons located far away from the user can become problematic. So many scholars improved drag-and-drop interaction mechanism. e.g., drag-and-pop. However, these interaction mechanisms are typically designed for single-user, not concerning cooperative work. In this study, we propose and design an new interaction mechanism “drag-and-response” for collaboration of large display and evaluate the performance. The results show that drag-and-response can facilitate collaborative and reduce errors of resources exchange.
