摘要(中) 在資訊快速變遷、教育水平提升的環境,企業想要有效的運作並達成永續經營與高獲利的目標情況下,必須要瞭解公司的核心競爭力之所在並持續改善。當今,不少企業主視員工為公司最大的資產,因此協助員工在工作上感知的角色壓力,提供工作相關之回饋訊息,可進而提升組織整體的績效。
有鑑於此,本研究以283位金融業與高科技產業之員工為研究對象,探討員工工作角色壓力知覺對其負向回饋探詢行為與工作績效的影響。研究結果顯示,角色衝突與負向回饋探詢行為呈顯著正向的關係,而角色模糊、角色過度負荷與負向回饋探詢行為無顯著的關係;負向回饋探詢行為與工作績效有正向的關係。本研究依據研究結果提出管理意涵討論與未來之研究建議。
摘要(英) This study investigates the effects of role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload on employees’ negative feedback-seeking behavior as well as the effect of negative feedback-seeking behavior on their performance. It is found that role conflict positively relates to employees’ negative feedback-seeking behavior. On the other hand, role ambiguity and role overload are not significantly related to employees’ negative feedback-seeking behavior. Besides, it is found that employees’ negative feedback-seeking behavior is positively related to their performance. Suggestions and recommendations for future research are thus discussed.
