在目前國際性競爭的市場中，追求良好的品質是引導企業成長的最重要的動力，更是影響到企業生存的必要條件。
企業除了具備有優良的品質，擁有更好的商譽外，若能在良率的提昇及成本的降低方面再做努力的話，更可使公司的獲利提昇，進而增進員工的福祉 。
而本研究之目的在於以個案研究的方式，透過蒐集資料以及線上實際之測試數據，實行全面品質管理(TQM)，進一步研討增進品質提昇的改善措施，以及在產能良率的提昇和單位成本的降低之改善建議，讓企業能夠獲利更多，讓員工都能安心並努力為企業效命。 |

How to promote the quality of the products and lower costs - regard pigeonholing a factory A Company in laser disc as the example.
In the market of international competition at present, it is the most important motive force of leading enterprises to grow up to pursue good quality, influence the essential condition that enterprises survive especially.
Except that possess fine quality , there are better goodwills enterprise, if can make efforts again in good promotion that leads and reducing of the cost , can make the making a profit and promoting of Company even more , and then promote the staff’’s happiness.
And the purpose of this research lies in by way of case study, through collecting the materials and on-line and real test data , implement the overall qualitative control (TQM ), discuss further that promotes the improvement measure that quality promotes, and it can be good to produce promotion that lead and improvement of reducing of the unit cost to propose, enable enterprises to make a profit more , enable the staff to settle down and go all out to do one’’s duty regardless of personal danger for enterprises hard. |
