摘要(英) Quality Function Deployment (QFD), a systematic tool of new product development and quality management, has the property of functional integration. It provides a structural approach for communication among different developers to facilitate the interaction and cooperation of cross-functional teams, and it is now widely used to keep product quality improved. This paper applies Influence Matrix dealing with inter-dependent ratings in QFD to seek for the optimal combination of product quality characteristics, enhancing HOQ, and thus ensure the deployment more comprehensive.
In the methodology, this paper presents the integrated system of QFD and Influence Matrix to develop an applicable structure in the process of product design. The approach, first, using QFD analyses the Customer Requirements. Then, adopting Influence Matrix defines the influence of Customer Requirements and engineering specifications in HOQ. Finally, combined with the Causal Network, QFD attempts to illustrate the cause-and-effect relationships that exist between Customer Requirements and engineering specifications. By this structured model of product design, the proposed integrated framework will achieve the goals of maximizing customers’ satisfaction, increasing the preciseness of design specifications and shortening the time for developing a new product.
