摘要(中) 在產業競爭全球化的趨勢之下,企業之間的競爭已經逐漸演變為供應鏈之間的競爭;
供應鏈的成功整合與否決定企業的成敗。有效率的供應鏈可以降低龐大的成本,提升供
應鏈成員的競爭力,因此供應鏈的建構與設計更顯得重要。供應鏈成員之間的關係錯綜
複雜,資訊傳遞及協調尤其關鍵,因此需要有效的分析管理工具幫助整合成員之間的關
係以進一步建構出具有良好績效的供應鏈。
本研究將重點放在分別應用四種設計結構矩陣 (Design Structure Matrix; DSM) 於供應鏈設計與建模。主要利用activity-based 與 team-based DSM 整合供應鏈內部有金流、物流、資訊流交換之成員,確立供應鏈架構。 Component-based 與parameter-based DSM 則用於整合具供應鏈成員及之間的活動。本研究並以氣瓶櫃的供應鏈為例展示所建議的分析方法。
摘要(英) Under the trend of globalization of competition, the competitiveness of enterprises has gradually evolved into the supply chain competition. Efficient supply chain can reduce the huge costs and enhance competitiveness of the supply chain members. Therefore, the design and construction of the supply chain are definitely important. Relationships of members within supply chain are complex; in particular the coordination and delivery of information is crucial. We need an effective management tool to clarify the relationship between the members in order to configure a supply chain of great performance.
This study focuses on applying four types of DSM for design supply chain configuration
and modeling supply chain processes. First, activity-based and team-based DSM are applied
to integrate the order and relationships among supply chain members and model the supply
chain processes. Secondly, we use component-based DSM to integrate the members that are
physical related and parameter-based DSM to integrate lower activities. Finally, we use the
gas cabinet as an example to demonstrate the proposed method.
