摘要(英) |
Entrepreneurship is more and more important to national economics grown-up. It’s because of so-called “entrepreneurship” economics system that USA could survive from Petroleum Crisis and Post-war Baby Tide. The EU council reports that, it’s mainly in relation to the lack of entrepreneurship, not structure defect, that Europe couldn’t challenge economic hegemony of USA still now. Entrepreneurship is also the important factor to Taiwanese economic miracle. But, while professional manager has more resource advantages than common peoples, he still has to face the matter of role changes, when he begins new business ventures.
This research aimed on theories such as entrepreneurship management and the role difference between professional manager and entrepreneur, in order to answer the question how to change from professional manager to entrepreneur. The case study method is applied, and my own new business venture was examined. The research combined the literature review, secondary data, and the studied cases, to pick out the key issues for the role change from professional manager to entrepreneur. Based on theories review and detailed case study, the research makes conclusions that the key issues of entrepreneur management for professional manager are (1)venture chances evaluation and (2)human resources integration. |
