摘要(中) Moiré 方法具有非接觸性、非破壞性的特點,而且成本低。同時使用數位影像處理的技巧來達成 Moiré 條紋分析計算的目的。光學量測系統不但量測快,而且處理速度高,量測設備可靠性大、操作十分安定。本文利用此一特點在肌肉震動方面研究疼痛與身體的對稱。期望此一科學方法,日後會成為未來的醫療量測上一項可靠且方便的工具。
疼痛是一種刺激且尖銳的感覺,並且會引發身體上的抽動反應。我們測量動物的肌肉震動變化及利用影像分析來測量肌肉的抽動頻率,進而將疼痛反應以數據量化表示。在人體對稱性方面之研究,以往我們只能以肉眼觀察人體左右肌肉的對稱性,結果往往是很主觀的,我們利用 Moiré 方法有如地圖等高線的特性測量人體左右臀部肌肉的面積大小,並以數據表示比照其對稱性,使其可以應用在醫學方面。摘要(英) Moiré has untouchable , not destructive characteristics, and with low costs. Using images in digital form to deal with mean while reaches Moiré stripe to analyse the purpose to calculate. Optics amount examines the system not only quantity is examined fast, but also processing speeds are high, quantity examines the dependability of the equipment greatly , operates the stability very much. Symmetry that this text utilizes this characteristic to shake the respect to study and pain with the body in the muscle. Expect this scientific method , in the future can become the medical treatment amount in the future and examine upper reliable and convenient tool.
Pain is the perception of irritating, sore, stinging, and throbbing on painful sensation arising from the body. Most of pain studies in animal experiment are to detect the nociceptors gate valve by observing the behavior of the animal such as: animal tail swing animal cry and leg stretch etc. that could not be quantitized. In this paper, we have build up some non-destructive quantitated methods included moiré method to measure the flexor reflex muscle shape changes of animal and image analysis method to measure the animal tremor on jerks frequency and amplitude, angle of animal. In the symmetry of the muscles. The un-symmetry of the muscles is coming from the stress of muscles. We use Moiré to measure the area of the buttocks, and contrast the symmetry.
