摘要(中) 本研究以自製感光高分子光學壓克力PQ:PMMA,利用532 nm綠光高同調長度雷射光以雙光束干涉的方法將體積布拉格光柵記錄於材料內,利用曝光時監控繞射效率的方法抓出最好的曝光參數,在以製作出來的PQ:PMMA VBG 回饋1060 nm錐形放大器,達成窄化雷射輸出光譜,利用V形外腔式共振腔架構,旋轉PQ:PMMA VBG達成可調式輸出雷射波長,利用線形外腔式共振腔架構將反射式PQ:PMMA VBG當作外腔式共振腔的其中一面反射鏡直接回饋錐形放大器,可以得到更高的雷射轉換效率,輸出高功率單縱模雷射。
摘要(英) Homemade phenanthrenequinone (PQ)-doped PMMA polymer (PQ:PMMA) volume Bragg gratings (VBGs) were manufactured by two beam interference configuration. By monitoring the diffraction efficiency of the VBG, a set of suitable exporsure parameters can be found.By using the VBGs and a tapered amplifier with gain spectrum centered at 1060 nm, a series of lasers were constructed with linear and V-shaped optical cavity configurations. The V-shaped cavity laser achieved single longitudinal mode output and 20 nm wavelength tunable range. The linear cavity laser achieved 600 mW single longitudinal mode output.
