摘要(英) Information explosion and Disruptive innovation reduce the importance of the experience, so employees always need to advance their specialty continuously. Coupled with the requirements of the supervisor, the customer′s demands, work-family balance and other different situations. Therefore, the work stress has become the issue that people need to handle. There have been many studies show that the negative influence of work stress on job satisfaction. On the other hand, there are studies show that the participation in decision making will improve the employees’ job satisfaction. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the negative influence of work stress on job satisfaction. In addition, we also examined the moderating effect of participation in decision making on the relation of work stress and job satisfaction. The convenience sampling method was used to conduct surveys by network and papers, and we chose general employees as subjects of our study. The study test the assumptions with statistical software SPSS. There were 191 valid questionnaires.
The results of this study show that only the "Poor organizational climate", "Lack of autonomy" and "Work-family conflict" in the six sub-facets of work stress have negative impact on job satisfaction. And participation in decision making moderated significantly the relationship between "Poor organizational climate" with job satisfaction and "Work-family conflict" with job satisfaction.
