本研究觀察市場上長期以來許多產業所面臨的假貨問題,其中一類商品因商品的特殊性而非常保值不掉價,甚至隨時間會升值,但真偽辨識不易,同樣面臨假貨充斥的問題。這類商品概念與經濟學中一名詞「季芬財」的定義相似,因此將其定義為「類季芬財」(Giffen-Like Good)。
本研究觀察類季芬財市場面臨的缺口發現存在兩個問題:商品流通缺乏合適的紀錄方式與市場交易環境不安全。本研究認為這兩個缺口的本質為信任問題,對於資訊的可靠度與市場環境的不信任。而本研究發現區塊鏈與智能合約技術非常適合建立信任基礎,因此如何透過區塊鏈與智能合約建立的數位原生信任消除對類季芬財市場的不信任為本研究的問題。
本研究基於區塊鏈技術與智能合約技術,提出「類季芬財商品履歷架構」(Giffen-Like Good Commodity Resume System, GLGCRS,簡稱GLGCRS),透過替每件類季芬財商以智能合約方式建立專屬的商品履歷,從源頭開始將資訊記錄在商品履歷中,商品在市場流通時皆以商品履歷執行,由於區塊鏈的特性,執行結果將會被記錄在商品履歷中,並且可以驗證其內容的真實性與追蹤,讓流通資訊彙整於商品履歷並且確保資訊的可靠度,此外透過有無商品履歷可以確認商品的真偽。
透過GLGCRS的架構讓假貨無所遁形,仿製品不存在原廠的商品履歷,而真品能被有系統地做紀錄,為類季芬財市場建立可信任的交易環境。 |

This study observes the problem of counterfeit goods faced by many industries in the market for a long time. One type of goods is very stable in value due to the particularity of the goods, and even rises in value over time, but it is not easy to identify the authenticity and it is also facing the problem of flooding with fake goods. The concept of this kind of goods is similar to the definition of the term "Giffen Good" in economics, so it is defined as "Giffen-Like Good".
This research observes the gaps faced by the Giffen financial market and finds that there are two problems: the lack of appropriate recording methods for commodity circulation and the insecure market trading environment. This study believes that the essence of these two gaps is the issue of trust, distrust of the reliability of information and the market environment. And this research found that blockchain and smart contract technology are very suitable for establishing a trust foundation. Therefore, how to eliminate the distrust of the Giffen financial market through the digital native trust established by the blockchain and smart contracts is a problem for this research.
Based on blockchain technology and smart contract technology, this research proposes the "Giffen-Like Good Commodity Resume System" (GLGCRS, referred to as GLGCRS), which uses smart contracts for each type of Giffen financial business. Create a dedicated product history and record the information in the product history from the source. When commodities are circulated in the market, they are executed in the product history. Due to the characteristics of the blockchain, the execution results will be recorded in the product history and can be verified. The authenticity and tracking of the content allows the circulation information to be integrated in the product history and to ensure the reliability of the information. In addition, the authenticity of the product can be confirmed through the presence or absence of the product history.
Through the structure of GLGCRS, fake products are invisible. There is no original product history for imitation products, and genuine products can be systematically recorded, which establishes a trustworthy trading environment for the Giffen financial market. |
