摘要(中) 積極且正確的實行風險管理將有效的減緩專案進行中潛在危機所造成的不良衝擊,CMMI定義了許多風險管理所應必須具備之執行方法,然而卻沒有著墨於如何實際發展一套合適的風險管理系統,如此並不便利於風險管理在實際專案進行下的運作。在此篇論文中,我們發展了一套以Web-based為基礎的風險管理系統,並進而實現CMMI在風險管理流程領域所訂定應具備之執行方法。此外此套風險管理系統依循以下重要的特徵; (1)允許使用者自行定義風險參數與其值;(2)主動式監督風險列表;(3)提供風險報告服務給高層主管;(4)以角色來區分其權責功能。 摘要(英) An effective risk management will largely help a project mitigate adverse impacts of the potential problems during the project execution. CMMI defines several practices that are required for risk management. However, little emphasis has been put on developing tools for risk management, which impedes the efficiency of risk management in a real world project execution. In this thesis, we develop a web-based system to facilitate the specific practices of risk management process area in CMMI. The system has the following key features: (1) allow user-defined risk parameters values; (2) monitor risks in an active manner; (3) provide reporting service for Senior management; and (4) control access based on roles. 關鍵字(中) ★ 風險管理
