摘要(中) 本研究旨在探討快閃記憶體採購策略研究,並以S公司為研究對象。探討在快閃記憶體價格浮動的不確定因素下的快閃記憶體採購策略。隨著快閃記憶體市場的迅速發展,企業在制定採購策略時面臨諸多挑戰。本文利用五力分析模型深入分析市場競爭力,從供應商議價能力、買方議價能力、替代品威脅、新進入者威脅及現有競爭者的競爭程度五個方面進行詳細探討。本研究梳理了快閃記憶體市場的現狀及趨勢,總結了影響採購策略的不確定環境因素,如技術進步、供需波動、政策變化等。結合案例分析,探討不同企業在面對這些不確定性時所採取的策略及其效果。研究結果顯示,企業需靈活運用多樣化的採購策略,包括長期合作關係、分散供應源及動態調整等,以應對市場波動。此外,強化與供應商的合作關係,提升供應鏈透明度和彈性,有助於減少不確定性帶來的風險。本研究對企業在快閃記憶體採購策略制定上具有重要參考價值,為未來的研究提供了理論基礎及實務建議。
摘要(英) This research aims to explore the procurement strategy of flash memory, with S Company as the research subject. The study investigates flash memory procurement strategies under uncertain environmental factors. With the rapid development of the flash memory market, companies face numerous challenges when formulating procurement strategies. This paper utilizes the Five Forces Analysis model to deeply analyze market competitiveness, focusing on the bargaining power of suppliers, the bargaining power of buyers, the threat of substitutes, the threat of new entrants, and the intensity of competitive rivalry. The study reviews the current status and trends of the flash memory market, summarizing uncertain environmental factors that affect procurement strategies, such as technological advancements, supply and demand fluctuations, and policy changes. Subsequently, through case studies, it examines the strategies adopted by different companies in response to these uncertainties and their outcomes. The research findings indicate that companies need to flexibly employ diversified procurement strategies, including long-term partnerships, diversified supply sources, and dynamic adjustments to cope with market fluctuations. Additionally, strengthening cooperation with suppliers, enhancing supply chain transparency, and flexibility help reduce risks brought by uncertainties. This research provides valuable reference for companies in formulating flash memory procurement strategies and offers theoretical foundation and practical suggestions for future research.
