摘要(中) 隨著全球供應鏈的發展普及,市場變化瞬息萬變,供應鏈管理的重要性日益凸顯,本研究以ODM電子公司為研究對象,探討其在全球供應鏈背景下實施垂直整合策略的影響。通過對個案公司的背景和業務進行分析,明確研究的目的和研究方向。本文總結了ODM電子公司實施垂直整合的動因,包括降低成本、提高品質、增強供應鏈穩定性以及擴大市場佔比等。透過收集和五力分析研究對象相關優劣勢,探討垂直整合策略對ODM電子公司的實際效果。研究顯示,垂直整合策略在一定程度上降低了ODM電子公司的生產成本,提高了產品品質並增強供應鏈的穩定性,但同時也增加了企業的運營風險和財務壓力。最後,本文提出了針對ODM電子公司垂直整合策略的建議,包括優化供應鏈管理、加強合作夥伴關係、培養技術人才因應市場變革、系統化管控等。本研究的結果對於ODM電子公司以及相關行業的經營者具有一定的參考價值,可作為企業導入供應鏈管理提供垂直整合方案研究的新視角。
摘要(英) With the development and popularization of global supply chains, market changes are changing rapidly, the importance of supply chain management has become increasingly prominent. This study takes ODM companies as the research object to explore the impact of their implementation of vertical integration strategies in the global supply chains. By analyzing the background and business of the case, this article summarizes the motivations for ODM electronics companies to implement vertical integration, including reducing costs, quality improvement, enhancing supply chain stability and expanding market range. Through collection and analysis of relevant advantages and disadvantages of the research objects, the actual effect of vertical integration strategy on ODM companies was explored. Research shows the vertical integration strategy reduces the production costs of ODM to a certain extent, improves product quality and enhances the stability of the supply chain, it also increases the company′s operational risks and financial pressure. Finally, article puts forward suggestions for the vertical integration strategy of ODM, including optimizing supply chain management, strengthening partnerships, cultivating technical talents to respond to market changes, systematic management and control. The results offer certain reference value for ODM companies and related industries, can be used as a new perspective for vertical integration solutions into supply chain management.
