中美貿易戰的爆發導致全球供應鏈重組，對在中國的台商產生了重大的影響，為了應對這種變化，台商不得不大幅調整其經營策略，開始尋求新的市場和生產基地，以實現業務多元化，降低單一市場的風險，包含海外市場多元化和產業發展等，以應對形勢轉變與風險控制。
在此背景下，泰國因其地理位置優越、基礎設施完善、政策穩定性和潛在市場機遇，成為台商的一個新興投資目的地和重要選擇。此外，泰國政府也積極推出各種優惠政策，以吸引外國企業投資，進一步提升了其吸引力。
印刷廠A公司在面對中美貿易戰帶來的挑戰和競爭壓力下，選擇將目光轉向泰國，以進一步擴大其生產和市場布局，並在全球市場中保持競爭力。研究中，我們分析了A公司轉向泰國布局的動機，包括風險分散、成本效益和市場機遇等因素。透過研究結果，提出研究建議，以協助台灣廠商在中美貿易戰後進行布局調整，提高競爭力和可持續發展。 |

The outbreak of the China-U.S. trade war has led to the reorganization of the global supply chain, which has had a significant impact on Taiwanese businesses in China. In order to cope with such changes, Taiwanese businesses have had to significantly adjust their business strategies and begin to seek new markets and production bases to diversify their business and reduce the risks of a single market, including diversification of overseas markets and industrial development, in order to cope with the changing situation and risk control.
Against this backdrop, Thailand has become an emerging investment destination and an important choice for Taiwanese businessmen due to its favorable geographic location, well-developed infrastructure, stable policies, and potential market opportunities. In addition, the Thai government has actively introduced various incentives to attract foreign enterprises to invest in the country, further enhancing its attractiveness.
Faced with the challenges and competitive pressures brought about by the trade war between China and the U.S., printing company A has chosen to turn its attention to Thailand to further expand its production and market layout and maintain its competitiveness in the global market. In the study, we analyze the motivation of Company A′s shift to Thailand, including factors such as risk diversification, cost-effectiveness, and market opportunities. Through the findings, research recommendations are made to assist Taiwanese manufacturers in adjusting their layouts to enhance competitiveness and sustainable development after the China-U.S. Trade War. |
