摘要(中) 本研究旨在從機隊管理的角度出發,針對單一機種直升機機隊建立一套適用於特定軍用任務需求的排程規劃模型。過往研究主要針對重大、長工期的定期檢修項目進行排程模型之擬定及規劃效益討論 ,而對於非重大定檢項目及特定機種機隊之規劃流程與飛行任務派遣方式較少進行探究。因此,本研究方法首先對個案機隊目前所遇問題進行分析及討論 ,歸納出維保項目中對妥善率影響之因素 ,並建立相應的規劃流程 。隨後利用數學規劃軟體生成可行解,提供機隊管理人員參考,以協助作業並節省時間。研究結果包括建構適用特定機隊之演算法,根據導入之飛機資訊自動產製長、中、短期的維保計畫及派遣建議。其目的在減輕機隊管理作業人員的負擔,並有效利用機隊資料庫之資訊,提供機隊管理人員高效之輔助工具。
摘要(英) The aim of this study is to establish a scheduling and planning model tailored to the specific military mission requirements for a single helicopter fleet from the perspective of fleet management. Previous research has mainly focused on the development of scheduling models and the discussion of planning benefits for heavy, long-term scheduled maintenance projects, with less exploration into the planning processes and flight mission dispatch methods for non-major scheduled maintenance items and specific fleet types. Therefore, the methodology of this study first analyzes and discusses the current problems encountered by the case fleet, summarizes the factors affecting the adequacy rate in maintenance projects, and establishes corresponding planning processes. Subsequently, feasible solutions are generated using mathematical programming software to provide reference for fleet management personnel, assisting in operations and saving time. The research results include the construction of algorithms applicable to specific fleets, automatically generating long-, medium-, and short-term maintenance plans and dispatch recommendations based on imported aircraft information. The aim is to alleviate the burden on fleet management personnel and effectively utilize the information in the fleet database, providing efficient assistance tools for fleet management personnel.
