摘要(中) 面對變化快速的市場環境,有效的評估技術並導入能強化企業競爭力的數位科技,對大型企業組織來說是改善運營效率的方式之一,但近年來各種層出不窮的數位科技,為製造領域的公司帶來了技術評估上的困難。當面對數量多且更新快的新興數位科技,大型企業需要能廣泛且快速的評估方法,支持企業管理者在IT投資時,能有更全面的資訊進行有效的決策。本研究關注於技術雷達評估方法與呈現方式,結合CMMI制度化設計,建構一套永續化技術評估流程模式,使得大型企業組織在面對大量數位科技時,能有一套可依循且可持續運行的方法,持續對數位科技進行技術評估。本研究透過探討一家全球製造公司的企業架構管理部門,在面臨數位轉型與技術評估的困難與挑戰時,如何導入永續化技術評估流程模式,改善其部門的技術評估流程。透過關鍵績效指標、深度訪談、資料收集等方式,探討與說明永續化技術評估流程模式,在個案組織內導入前後的差異與實際的成效。
摘要(英) In rapidly changing market environments, it is crucial for large corporations to effectively evaluate technologies and integrate digital technologies that boost their competitive edge, in order to enhance operational efficiency. Recently, the wide range of new digital technologies has made technical evaluations more complex for companies in the manufacturing sector. With many new technologies updating quickly, large corporations need a broad and fast method for assessment. This helps provide comprehensive information for making effective decisions during IT investments. This study focuses on the Technology Radar assessment method and radar screen, combining it with a structured CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) Institutionalization design to create a sustainable technology assessment process model. This model allows large organizations to continuously and effectively evaluate many digital technologies. Through a case study at the enterprise architecture management department of a global manufacturing company, this research examines how this sustainable technology assessment process model is implemented amid challenges of digital transformation. The study uses key performance indicators, in-depth interviews, and data collection to look at the differences and effectiveness of the model before and after it was put into place in the organization.
