Abstract:	摘要：建築資訊模型為管理營建資訊的技術，已廣泛用於營建施工決策作業上。施工決策包括工期與成本估算，然而目前以BIM為基礎之施工決策研究未能同時加以考量導致決策不當。因此，本研究提出整合BIM、電腦模擬與知識本體之施工決策模式，首先透過BIM進行數量計算，並使用電腦模擬分析不同資源配置下各決策方案之工期，並以合約工期做為確定施工方案之依據；再運用知識本體建立單價分析知識庫，研析施工作業項目單價，進而估算該施工方案之成本。研究顯示，本研究所提之模式可協助廠商有效分析施工決策方案，所獲方案資訊亦可做為施工管控之參考。出版者：台灣: 中國土木水利工程學會出版日期： 2016-12-01 出處：中國土木水利工程學刊, 2016-12, Vol.28 (4), p.241-254 資源來源： Chinese Electronic Periodical Services (CEPS) 識別號： ISSN: 1015-5856 識別號： DOI: 10.6652/JoCICHE/2016-02804-02
