    Abstract: 摘要: Since the second-harmonic generation (SHG) and two-photon fluorescence (2PF) microscopies were demonstrated in 1961 (Franken et al. in Phys Rev Lett 7:118–119, 1961, [1]), two-photon microscopy has emerged as one of the most common technique used in biomedical applications. Based on the various endogenous fluorophores or extrinsic fluorescent staining, 2PF microscopy can provide cellular, morphological, and molecular information in bio-tissues (Masters et al. in Biophys J 72:2405–2412, 1997, [2], Konig in J Biophoton 1(1):13–23, 2008, [3]).
