摘要: Free-standing and single-crystalline Cu 3 Ge nanowires (NWs) were synthesized by a vapor-phase deposition method on the Cu foil. The NWs are grown along the [010] direction via a vapor-solid mechanism. The localized surface plasmon resonance of individual NWs on a Si substrate is investigated using the dark-field scattering spectroscopy. The resonance peak wavelength for NWs with different diameters is observed, which ranges from 500 to 550 nm.
