摘要: We report on the observations of spontaneous magnetic moments in the normal as well as in the superconducting states of a 9 nm Sn nanoparticle assembly, through X-ray diffraction, magnetization, ac magnetic susceptibility, and neutron diffraction measurements. The saturation magnetization reaches an unexpectedly large value of 1.04 emu/g at 5 K, with a temperature profile that can be described by Bloch’s law with an exponent of b = 1.8. A magnetic moment of 〈 μ Z 〉 = 0.38 μ B develops after cooling from 260 to 4 K. Superconductivity develops below T C = 3.98 K, which is 7 % higher than the T C = 3.72 K of bulk Sn. Surprisingly, an addition magnetic moment of 〈 μ Z 〉 = 0.05 μ B develops upon entering the superconducting state. 其他題名: J Nanopart Res 出版者: Dordrecht: Springer Netherlands 出版日期: 2013-09-01 出處: Journal of nanoparticle research : an interdisciplinary forum for nanoscale science and technology, 2013-09, Vol.15 (9), p.1-9, Article 1905 版權: Springer Science+Business Media Dordrecht 2013 版權: 2014 INIST-CNRS 識別號: ISSN: 1388-0764 識別號: EISSN: 1572-896X 識別號: DOI: 10.1007/s11051-013-1905-x
