摘要: This paper is the first time to design a new die for the deep drawing with the ultrasonic vibration and servo press. The deep drawing force and depth are modelled based on three design variables, drawing speed, the ratio of ram motion and vibration amplitude. The experimental results of two materials, SPCC and Al 5052, are the source data used in the response surface methodology setting. Three dimensional response surfaces and planner contours of the drawing force and forming depth are drawn, which show the relationship between the response and the working parameters.
