Abstract:	資料挖掘技術有許多應用，除了應用在企業交易資料庫資料的分析上，亦可將此技術運用在生物親代特徵關係的研究上。本篇論文以不循環有向圖（directed acyclic graph，DAG）來詮釋一家族中成員間的親代關係與各成員所持有的特徵，以找出七種可在族譜中挖掘而得且語意上有意義的家族特徵關聯規則。由於在DAG中並沒有類似交易資料庫之交易記錄(transaction record)的觀念，但在資料挖掘的過程中，為了計算各種特徵的支持度，並決定一特徵是否到達預設的門檻值，我們勢必要將族譜拆解成一筆筆的記錄才能進行特徵挖掘的動作，故文中提出了四種可行的記錄拆解方法及拆解演算法來將一個以DAG所表示的族譜拆解成記錄。依據不同的種關聯規則，我們會以不同的拆解方法對族譜做拆解，接著再以R.Agrawal和R.Srikant所提出的Apriori演算法以及我所提出的ML演算法進行特徵挖掘的工作。
