「系統的整合」並不是新的議題,然而「整合的策略」隨著資訊科技的日新月異而不斷地有新的變化。為了提昇企業內各式各樣的應用系統的效率,企業界在過去係採用傳統點對點的整合策略,近來,企業界則趨向以集中式的平台進行整合。企業應用程式系統(EAI)即是一種商業化的集中式平台,以幫助企業整合各式各樣的應用系統。 系統的導入包含從初始建置的軟、硬體選擇到導入後的教育訓練、安裝、維護等等是一項很複雜的工作,而導入的過程扮隨許多的影響因素,如果可以了解這些關鍵因素,將可減少失敗發生的可能性。 本研究參考資訊系統導入相關文獻,整理出4個構面及16個屬性以為銀行業導入企業應用整合系統之理論關鍵因素,並對銀行業之企業應用整合系統相關人員進行問卷調查。由於此為多屬性評估的問題,因此本研究運用了分析層級程序法,分析出相對重要的各種關鍵因素。 System integration is not a new subject. However, integration strategies vary because of new information technology. With regard to the efficiency of international and external application systems, enterprises now tend to use centralized integrated platform to replace inconsistent integration approaches taken in the past. Therefore, EAI, the commercial centralized integrated platform, has been developed to help enterprises integrate heterogeneous applications. EAI implementation is a complicated work including hardware and software selection, installation, training and maintenance. Many factors affect the implementation process. Understanding these key factors would be helpful to the reducing of the failure rate of the implementation. In this research, we have referred to literatures about integration strategies and generated four aspects and six-teen attributes as the theoretical key factors for consideration on EAI implementation. We have surveyed the people having to do with EAI systems in the banking industries by questionnaires first. Since it is a multi-attributes evaluation, we then used the method of AHP to filter out the key factors.
