經由電子化人力仲介網站機制尋求工作機會與招募人才,已逐漸成為現階段產業求職求才的重要管道與機會。人才培育的學習過程亦或個人職涯決擇的階段中,盡早得知產業人才供需現況,則有助於進行個人職涯規劃並做好進入職場的準備。傳統人才供需狀況的調查分析,為透過人工處理與問卷的發放與回收,作為資料樣本取得方式。本研究經由自動化程式代理人模擬實際生活中之求職求才過程,取得網路就業人力銀行所提供之產業人才供需資訊,作為當下產業人才供需之資料樣本。 利用產業資訊人才供需資料的收集與分析資訊人才目前供需現況。並針對台灣目前人力銀行網站進行職務分類結構進行調查,以104人力銀行網站資料進行分析研究,透過瞭解與歸納人力仲介網站提供之資料與整理分類方式,以作為資料分析模型的設計,同時將資料耙取之作法進行設計。在這些做法與研究基礎下,除了證明自動化取得資料的可行性外,更希望能藉由產業人才供需的研究,能有進一步建立不同於以往的資料訪查與分析方法。 It becomes an important channel and opportunity of industrial recruiting or finding job opening by degrees through Internet jobbank currently. To know the demand of industrial human resources in the stage of expertizing training or selection of personal career helps person to do career path planning and prepare well to work. Traditional way to analyze the demand of human resources is to gather information from respondents by questionnaire which is completed manually. In the research, we simulate the process of finding job and recruiting by system agent to get information of industrial human resources demanding from Internet jobbank which is our sample data used to analyze demanding of human resources in Information Technical field. In addition, we investigate the structure of type of job opening in Internet jobank in Taiwan that 104 Internet jobank is the sample data. We deign information analysis module and crawling methodology by understanding and organizing information and ways of classified from Internet jobbank. Depending on the hypothesis and methodology, we not only prove the practicability to get information automatically, but find a new methodology which is totally different from traditional way to gather and analyze information by research of industrial human resources demanding.
