Abstract:	本論文「開放天空後我國民用航空業新進業者經營策略之研究--以長榮航空為例」採取探索性方式研究。運用司徒達賢教授提出的策略矩陣分析為架構，進行我國民用航空業之產業分析及事業分析。分別探討我國民用航空業之產業特性、經營關鍵性因素及我國民用航空業者之經營策略，以印證關鍵因素。最後提出結論與建議。
