隨著Web2.0概念發展及部落格經驗分享的風潮興起,約2000年左右,世界各地相繼出現了大小不等的公民新聞網站,鼓勵閱聽者透過平台發表、交流所關心之議題,人人都可以是記者,對關心之議題發表回應及意見交流,進而達到公民共同參與及分享公眾事物的目的。 這股公民新聞網站熱潮在台灣也逐漸興起,本研究將探討究竟是什麼因素會影響閱聽者跳脫出傳統的專業媒體環境,開始選擇接受由公民記者所協同合作、共同報導及分享的公民新聞網站。藉由整理以往的科技接受模式後,使用整合性科技模式為主要分析模式,並加入群體協作因素,希望藉由問卷的發送及統計分析方法,找出這些因素與閱聽者『使用公民新聞網站之行為意圖』之間的關係,並找出『使用公民新聞網站之行為意圖』與『使用公民新聞網站行為』之間的影響。 本研究進行相關統計分析以及結構方程模式驗證,得到結果如下:「績效期望」、「努力期望」及「集體協作」對於「使用意圖」有正向且顯著影響,「促成因素」對於「使用行為」有正向且顯著之影響,而「社會影響」對於「使用意圖」並無明顯證據支持。 此外,本研究根據研究結果及分析,進一步探討公民新聞平台的設計機制,希望使原本就具有許多優點的公民新聞平台更符合閱聽者的需求,並強化原有公民新聞平台之機制。 According to the Web2.0 concept development and the blogger sharing experience emerges, about approximately 2000, the world presented some citizen news websites to differ in size. Encourage to the audiences to publish or to exchange their opinions by the platforms for participation. Everyone may be the reporter, can make response to the subject what they care about, them achieves the gold: citizen all participation and sharing opinions about public things. This tide of citizen news website upsurge also gradually emerges in Taiwan. So this study will investigate factors affecting audiences to leave traditional media environment, and starts to choose accepts coordinates the cooperation by citizen reporter, to report and the share citizen news website . After reading some literatures about Technology Acceptance Model, this study base on UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) and combine the mass collaboration factor, and expect to find relationships among these factors and attitude toward behavior intention for using citizen websites, and influence attitude toward behavior for using citizen websites on intention to citizen websites using behavior. The statistical analysis was done using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) of SPSS 12.0 and LISREL 8.54. The results as follows: “Performance Expectancy”, “Effort Expectancy” and “Mass Collaboration” have positive effects on the individual’s “attitude toward behavior intention for using citizen websites”, “Facilitating Conditions” has a positive effect on the individual’s “citizen websites using behavior” and “Social Influence” has no positive effect on the individual’s “attitude toward behavior intention for using citizen websites”. In addition, this research basis findings and the analysis, further discuss the design mechanism for citizen news platform, hoped that enables to strengthen the citizen websites, and to tally read audience’s demand.
