    Abstract: 中文摘要 地下結構物於施作過程中或完工後如有發生滲漏水的情形,不僅影響長期隧道結構的安全性、縮短使用年限,亦會造成行車危害(如長期漏水造成隧道內潮濕,而縮短電車線壽命,因此造成電車線斷裂斷電危機),且發生漏水後相關的止漏費用更是承包業者的夢魘。 傳統隧道施作方式係利用一般混凝土澆置在包覆防水材料已達成防水滲漏之目的,然此施工防水效果並不理想(於台北車站隧道段),當時混凝土防水膜失去功能時,則修補費用相當高昂。為達到防止隧道滲漏水的目的及降低日後維修成本,故對其原因加以探討研究;且今隧道改採用水密性混凝土來施作,因此近一步探討在地下結構物中使用後的成效。 本研究以南港專案CL306/391A標向陽路段隧道及共同管道工程為研究範圍,針對影響水密性混凝土之設計、材料、施工三方面探討,研究捨棄傳統混凝土施作方式改採水密性混凝土之成效及缺失改善。 研究發現針對水密性混凝土之配比設計,進行廠內試拌且利用透水性試驗應證配比符合水密性混凝土之低滲透特性,並利用一組參考組來對應此配比低滲透之成效。 隧道產生滲漏水之處理,擬定一套修繕管理流程,針對混凝土之缺失進行修補、修繕之標準作業流程,以提供工程人員對於辦理缺失改善能有明確、迅速的改善方法,俾對處理止漏、修繕工作有所助益。 Abstract For contractor,it is the big problem to resolve the water-logged from the structure-underground(for example, the subway tunnels) after finishing work. Because the reasons:Water is the biggest factor will destroy the safety of the structure of tunnel for a long time usage. So many methods were being created to resolve this problem, no matter a lot of money or efforts will be invested. The traditional methods, they usually put the concert into the waterproof such as the surface to prevent the water-logged speed out. But in fact, it is no effective and waste money. And when waterproof was out of functions, it costs a lot of money to fixed. This is the most important reason why I will try to find out the better methods to resolve the water-logged problems and reduce the cost in maintain the tunnel- structures. This is my core hypothesis:Watertight Concrete in prevent the water-logged will be better than traditional methods. My case study is the “Nangang CL306/391A Siangyang Rd.” tunnel and common duct engineering. I focus on three demotions: the Watertight Concrete design、material and working process. How to improve water-logging methods and making the new big process in preventing water-logged are my final purposes. In my research, I set up two samples(experiment & compared), and then compare the low permeability of this two samples. According to my result, I find that the experienced item which composed in Watertight Concrete elements could prevent water better than compared item. And I follow the standard procedure of Watertight Concrete. It could be more effective in preventing water and resolving the water-logged from the structure-underground. So I proof the Watertight Concrete is indeed the better choice for the tunnel engineering.
