    Abstract: 本研究主要分成兩大部分:3D量規和掃描量測。在3D量規方面,主要在建立一易於操作的量測環境,包含一些基本量測的功能如基本元素(包括點、直線、圓、寬度、球、圓柱?孔、圓錐、平面、中心線等)和利用基本元素建構幾何相關性(距離、角度和幾何公差)。此外,也包含量測相關功能如探針校正和選用、量測參數設定、工作面設定和報表等。 在掃描量測方面,建構一可包括點群、2D曲線、3D曲線、等半徑曲線、等高度曲線和曲面掃描量測,量測資料可提供逆向工程曲面重建使用。因應不同量測功能之需求,發展各種初量測及精量測演算法,使用手動方式進行初量測,經由量測規劃程式規劃精量測路徑,再由精量測功能進行精量測。掃描量測功能可提升大部分三次元量床掃描量測功能的不足。 This study is divided into two parts, 3D gage and scan. 3D gage is used in establishing a measure environment to operate easily. 3D gaga contains some basic measure functions; they are basic element (point, line, circle, width, sphere, cylinder/hole, cone, plane and central line, etc.) and constructing geometric relativity (distance, degree, and geometric tolerance) used from basic element. Furthermore, 3D gage also includes relative measuring functions, such as calibrate probe and selection, setting measuring parameter, setting working plan and statistics forms, etc. Scan is used to establish a measure which includes point group. 2D curve, 3D curve, constant radius curve, constant height curve, curve surface. Measuring data can offer use of reverse engineering curve surface reconstruction. In need of different measuring purposes, scan develop primary measure and accurate measure exercises. Using manual operation to process primary measure and through measuring scheme to plan accurate measuring path. Using the accurate measuring function to process measure. Scan can help the inadequacy of Coordinate Measuring Machine.
