    題名: 汽車防撞桿用高強度鋁合金擠型材均質化處理與預熱溫度影響之研究

    摘要: 本研究是針對6061鋁合金及7005鋁合金,各選用六種不同均質化處理,再加上改變預熱溫度,以探討熱處理製程對於6061鋁合金及7005鋁合金擠型性和機械性質的影響。實驗是利用最大擠製壓力評估不同均質化處理後、預熱溫度對擠型性的影響。以及拉伸測試測量合金的機械性質。藉由DSC熱分析研究合金析出狀態,使用金相觀察(OM)合金晶內再結晶情形,並用穿透式電子顯微鏡觀察(TEM)分析6061合金析出強化相之分布情形。 6061鋁合金均質化溫度550℃時間5個小時,足夠的時間將鑄造後的偏析及共晶相消除,而預熱溫度越高,擠製後基地內含固溶原子越多,520℃擠製後幾乎可將Mg、Si元素完全固溶在基地,在之後的人工時效析出緻密且細小的強化相,得到較高的強度。7005鋁合金均質化處理為470℃時間24小時,提高預熱溫度會降低擠製壓力,但也會使得晶粒粗大,造成強度下降,此外提高預熱溫度並不會增加固溶量,因此當預熱溫度為470℃足夠讓7005鋁合金完全固溶。7005鋁合金擠製品的邊緣多為被拉長的晶粒及部分未再結晶組織,而中心部分多為等軸再結晶晶粒。 The effect of using different homogenization, and extrusion temperature on extrudability and mechanical properties on 6061 and 7005 aluminum alloy were investigated. The extrudability, which was affected by different homogenization and extrusion temperature ,was investigated by measuring the maximum extrusion pressure. The mechanical properties were measured by using tensile tests. The precipitation behavior was analyzed by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The recrystallization structure observations were performed by using optical microscope.(OM) The precipitate observations were performed by using transmission electron microscope(TEM). The results indicates that 6061 aluminum alloy using 550℃×5hrs homogenization have enough time to eliminate eutectic phases and segregation. Extrusion at 520℃,the Mg and Si elements were completely dissolved into matrix to cause greater strength after artificial aging. 7005 aluminum alloy which homogenization 470℃×24hrs lower the maximum pressure by raising extrusion temperature. But raising extrusion temperature the grain size was coarse. The dissolved amounts were not increased by raising extrusion temperature.When extrusion temperature was 470℃,the precipitates phases can be completely dissolved into matrix.7005 aluminum alloy extrusion product’s side were long recrystallization grains and partial fiber structure but extrusion product’s center were equiaxed recrystallization grains.
