    Abstract: 對同步輻射的使用者或利用雷射光準直特性做實驗的人來說,光束的穩定與否,關係到其實驗結果的優劣,因此如何提供高品質穩定的光束是相當重要的。本論文主要是建立光束擾動的控制系統,試圖設計一套適應性控制器,即時地將光束線的不穩定度消除。類似消除振動與噪音的主動式控制方法,將光束的擾動視為雜訊,便可以達成對光束擾動的控制。 本論文使用FXLMS演算法,利用雷射光模擬同步輻射光束,來消除100 Hz以下的擾動。實驗結果對於弦波擾動至少可以消除大約20 dB左右,對於頻寬100 Hz的擾動大約可以消除百分之六十左右,達到預期之目標。 The purpose of this thesis is attempted to develop a reducing photon beam fluctuation system. A new ideal proposed to correct the photon beam drifts is by tilting and rotating the vertical focusing mirror (VFM) not using magnetic bump. Therefore, the photon beam drifts is eliminated independently at the beamline rather than affecting optical quality at others. When a photon beam fluctuation is regarded as vibration or acoustic noise, the adaptive control system is practicable. The adaptive feedforward controller by using FXLMS algorithm is designed to reduce random fluctuation with 100-Hz bandwidth. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in controlling broadband photon beam fluctuation up to 60 %.
